Noiseless actuator, used in switching laser beam paths on optical tables : A very fast and reliable component for professional use.


The stepper motor consists of two fast and reliable actuators for professional applications; it is used to easily switch optical light of a laser beam. The short settling time of 25ms enables the actuator to cycle up to 20 times each second. Due to the mass inertia of the actuator arm, the realistic switching rate is 18 cycles per second.

Optical Actuators

The ultra compact board driver is mounted on the rear end on the actuator. The board needs only an external supply voltage of 12-15V DC at 250mA. The buffered signal input of the actuator works with a voltage between 4-25V DC. A current free circuit enables the user to run the actuator with other devices. Rotating angle: 45º.
